What do I do if I get a ticket for Fish & Game/OHRV Laws?
Tickets issued as a result of a violation of Fish & Game laws and Off Highway Recreational Vehicle laws shall be paid directly to the District Court listed on the ticket within 30 days from the date of issuance. Failure to do so may result in additional penalties and suspension of driving privileges. Carefully follow the directions on the back of the ticket. Tickets marked “MUST APPEAR” require the attendance of the person summonsed to appear at the District Court on the date and time listed. Failure to do so may result in additional penalties, suspension of driving privileges, and issuance of an arrest warrant. For additional information, please contact the department prosecutor, Lieutenant Jonathan Uraskevich at (603) 742-8549, extension 302, or click here to contact him via email.
