The Town of Rollinsford is situated along the Salmon Falls River and bordered by the larger communities of Dover and Somersworth, NH., and Berwick and South Berwick, ME. There are approximately 2700 permanent residents.

The Rollinsford Police Department provides police services 24 hours a day. The business office is open from 9am to 1pm weekdays. The duties of the Rollinsford Police Department vary greatly, ranging from enforcing motor vehicle law violations to full criminal investigations.
